We publish moving guides, cost information, and neighborhood-specific advice, and we offer free moving quotes through the forms on this site. Submitting a quote request doesn't create a booking or a contract for moving services on its own — it starts a conversation. The actual terms of any move (price, date, scope of work) are agreed on separately, directly with us, once we've talked through the details.

The pricing figures, guides, and neighborhood-specific advice on this site are estimates and general information based on our own experience in the Seattle moving industry — not a guaranteed quote. Actual costs depend on the specifics of your move (access, distance, volume, timing) and will always be confirmed with you directly before any work begins.

We do our best to keep this information accurate and current, but things change — city permit rules, pricing, neighborhood conditions. If you spot something out of date, we'd genuinely appreciate a note at hello@seattlemoversguide.com.

Using the quote form

• The information you submit should be accurate — it's how we get back to you and quote your actual move.
• Don't use the form to submit anything abusive, fraudulent, or automated (bot) traffic. We run spam-detection on submissions and may disregard anything that trips it.
• Submitting a request doesn't obligate you to book with us, and doesn't obligate us to accept every job — some moves fall outside what our crew can take on, and we'll tell you honestly if that's the case.
